At the moment there is only a binary for Linux 64bit so if you happen to be on 32bit or Arm then I would need to add another compile target first.

If you are on Pentium/Amd 64bit:
After downloading and unpacking move the autoeq2camilladsp to some place in your User folder you like.
In the terminal navigate there and see what "./autoeq2camilladsp" does ... maybe you get some useful error in the terminal.
It could have to do with permissions. The binary needs read, write, execute for your user.

Very interesting, this got me looking in to camilladsp and I like it.

Henrik Enquist's CamillaDSP opens up so many possibilities, glad you like it!

After reaching out to Mikhail Naganov and a very pleasant exchange about Crossfeed (from which I have learned a lot) I now include one of his takes on crossfeed as a preset in the new realease candidate. Personally this one hits the sweet spot for me.

This is Mikhail's blog which I can highly recommend: https://melp242.blogspot.com/

... next up I will look into Jan Meier's crossfeed

FYI, I think you chose a very popular crossfeed to start with. I happen to like the minimalist Meier algorithm but it's a matter of personal taste. Thanks for continuing to look for ways to add functionality to your program.

Kent

I'm also in favour of Jan Meiers implementation. It seems more natural to me.

@micha thanks for the very interessting article from Mikhail!
Did you ever play with the IR's from ASH-IR-Dataset in a pipeline like below? :
[attachment=2717]

The full acoustic or a room is maybe a little bit over the top for crossfeedback, the impact on the sound is way to much.
But at least those will 'pull' the music out out of my head and place it in front of me. Combining it with the information from Mikhail will be interesting.

and there are these too.. creating your own room and speaker IR's
