Sources (routed into JACK)

Using the Chromecast IR remote, I'll be able to switch between the sources basically and set the output volume/mute.
Carla will be running a LADSPA plugin for room correction, which is the whole purpose of this setup (AFAICT CamillaDSP cannot load LADSPA plugins). And also, I need the analog input.
Your config is still confusing to me, especially the Chromecast/TV part (isn't Chromecast discontinued?) and the use of 8ch ADC+DAC but only a 2.1 or 2.2 channel playback system.
Anyway, CamillaDSP can see capture and playback devices registered by ALSA and so it should be able to see the ADC8/DAC8 stack. I think there is a thread at diyAudio or ASR about the hifiberry device. Room correction is commonly done with a high quality 3rd party app like REW and then the convolution files uploaded to Camilla.

I work at a company doing room correction so there is nothing non-proprietary that can load the coefficient set I produce, only this LADSPA plugin. Ok, the main thing for me is to run analog in -> DSP -> analog out, so I just have to leave Moode out of the equation. No biggie, but it would've been fun to have the option.
