tag editing - Mr.R0b0t - 05-08-2022

is it possible to implement tag editing? sometimes one song has the wrong tag and it could be improved from the moode level?

It would be a challenge because each file format has a different tag system and in some cases for example MP3 format there are various versions of tags :-0 I don't know if there is a multi-format tag editor for Linux that can be scripted.

Your best bet would be to use one of the dedicated tag editors.

There is Bliss, it isn't free, but it can re-tag entire libraries based on rules.  I used it to do the heavy lifting of sorting out my collection.

MediaMonkey is another good library management program. I use the paid Gold version, but the free version is very comprehensive too.
