Moode 8.2 not seeing DAC - hillbear - 05-26-2022
HI
I'm using Moode 8.2 with an Pi2aes board/Pi3B+. DAC is Denafrips Pontus 2 - connected via i2s
Controller is LMS
This was working fine until I started to get this message :
MPD error
Failed to open "ALSA Default" (alsa); Failed to open ALSA device "_audioout": No such file or directory
Try to run Squeezelite but it doesn't get seen by LMS - advice please

When Squeezelite is on it hogs the audio output and thus MPD will generate errors.
If Squeezelite is not being seen by LMS perhaps it's crashed. Check with the command below. If it doesn't print anything squeezelite has crashed.
