Play/Pause button using GPIO Mapping (weird behaviour) - seipersei - 12-29-2022 Hi all, I have a hardware button, wired to GPIO16, that I used as a play/pause button (using the GPIO mapping in Moode’s configuration page, set to Button 1 > Pin 16 > CMD “mpc, toggle”. The problem I have encountered is that I often need a “double push” in order to play or pause a song. Is this expected behaviour? Can it be tweaked to make it a single push? Thanks for your help RE: Play/Pause button using GPIO Mapping (weird behaviour) - kuyadreiph - 06-25-2025 (12-29-2022, 01:01 AM)seipersei Wrote: Hi all, Up this thread. I having a hard time to work with sinlge push button/momentary button to work with play and pause. Thanks RE: Play/Pause button using GPIO Mapping (weird behaviour) - the_bertrum - 06-25-2025 I've just tried it with the "push" on my rotary encoder and it works every time. Perhaps you need to increase the debounce time? |
