Saying this is operationally the same as saying "I wish MPD had an SACD ISO decoder." It does not so moOde does't play SACD ISO files.
If I had any SACD ISO files (which I don't) I'd first extract their audio tracks to DSF files. There's plenty of advice on the InterWeb™ on how to do this. Bonus: you can add coverart to the DSF files, whcih, AIUT is a a feature SACD doesn't support.

PS -for those quick to point out that there is a renegade SACD ISO "branch" of MPD, that work was discussed and discarded by the MPD maintainer long ago Support of SACD images in MPD - Issue #644.

There is no support for it in MPD but you can always rip the disks to dsf files using an SACD ripper utility. Thats a once and done effort.
