Any recommendations for low profile, Right angles RCA make to RCA male?
#1
Hi folks

I got a couple of short RCA male to make for my music player project

The idea being to mount a pair or female to female adaptors on the case, connect the DAC to them, and I can plug in the leads to the amp onto the outside

Unfortunately my Smarti Pi case cannot close with them in

Does anyone have any recommendations for a short cable for the purpose? Preferably available in the UK

Thanks in advance

I can solder, or at least I could 40 years ago, but am trying to avoid it for this

About to head to my pit, I will post photos tomorrow, thanks for looking to help

These cables are supposed to connect to female to female that will be mounted on the case, but the part where it fits into the DAC are too bulky

So I am looking for a lower profile cable, right angled though still

Not sure what happened to the font, formatting options are too small on this phone

How about this style? Have them point upward from the PCB and open a hole in the back of the case.

RCA  RCA brass gold  Cheap RCA

Cheers, they are cheap enough to make it worth a shot. I have a couple of sets of right angled cables with that idea, but the case doesn't closed. The SMARTI PI touch case is not designed with HATS in mind

Might be old news but isn't the SmartPI Touch Pro designed so a HAT can be installed?
