Hello all!

First off - I wanted to give a big shout out to the founders, contributors, and participants of this community. I am amazed by all that is offered here.

I am an early retiree (blame COVID) who is exploring my passions after a career in engineering and IT. I am interested in building the best home audio I can afford (which is little), and this seems to be the best place to call home. I've been playing with rPIs for years, but still probably a novice. I came to here by discovering a YT by Gabster on the ProtoDAC and have focused on that project as my "next up" goal. I have to learn how to properly solder first. I hope to be able to contribute back with my experiences.

Wish me luck,
Mike

Hi Mike, and welcome aboard.
There's a pretty active community of audio enthusiasts about the ProtoDAC, it will be for sure source of inspiration and technicalities :-)
