every time i cut off power without shutdown first i end up with a corrupt system that wont start anymore
i tried different sd cards now because someone told me i could be de quality of the sd card, but still happend.
i also tried different mood versions.
i use a original rppi 3 power supply, there is only lan connected and the headphone jack, nothing in the system is changed than the headphone jack.

How do you know it won't restart?
Can you ping it by its hostname (moode or moode.local, or perhaps moode.fritz.box, say). If so, it is running.
Can you then access moOde's webUI by the player's IP address (as identified in the ping response)? ...but not by its hostname?
Then you're probably being snookered by your web browser. Most enforce https access by default. You can force it to use http explicitly by entering http://moode (or whatever hostname is applicable) in the searchbar.

Kent
PS - I just replicated your installation. I flashed and configured a moOde 9.3.6 player on an RPi 3B to use the headphone jack (with hostname moodex). I started playing a radio station and yanked the power supply from its mains socket. Plugged it back in and after the usual reboot time, the player stopped flashing its LED. If I open a browser window and naively enter "moodex.local" the browser responds "We can’t connect to the server at moodex.local." Enter "http:/moodex.local" in the browser and the webUI comes up fresh as paint.
