Try searching on "windows 10 net use command error 53". I'm staring at the list of 10+ pages of search results offered up by Google. I suspect that they all discuss the same number of factors and that they all are equally dissatisfying in offering up a bunch of nonspecific things to try.
Given the large number of system settings hidden away in the Windows registry, it's easy to have seemingly identical Windows boxes behave differently.
Truth to tell, this can happen with Linux systems too. It's just that being open-source software from many distributed contributors Linux has more documentation of the settings. That's not guaranteed, of course, even for Linux, but it's a lot easier discussion when things go wrong.
