Bump....

How to remove the little white animation that appears next to the currently playing track..??

I like the "white animation" but don't like the "HD" badge next to a high res track under cover art in the same screen. Can't please us all 

I also like the animation, which can't be turned off at the moment.  I guess if enough folk hate it it might become a candidate for an option.  The HD badge is already an option though in preferences/library/show sample rate, many options for what to show.

Thanks, but that option also turns it off in the library view as well as under the cover view in the playing screen. It only happens when playing HD tracks. I have "text" set in the sample rate, but the HD badge is still showing on the playing screen when playing HD tracks. Not sure if this is a feature or bug.

I see what you mean, if one selects any of the options for sample rate, you also get the HD badge on the playback screens.  I'm not sure if that is deliberate in the design either.
