for the test  with "standard" meters I forgot to ask you to insert the following parameters:

screen.height =

with the right values of you display.
To be sure about those values, please run the following commands:

tvservice -s -v 7

Other point: I mean the folder "1480x320_Gelo5 01-20 Skins".

My screen resolution is

So i wrote in config.txt 
screen.width = 1480

screen.height = 320

then started playing music and then peppy on, and finally a little meter appear on the left of my display,without cover and metadata info, and meters don't move, and in terminal i have this message of error :
libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile
