Having built all sorts of amps and preamps, I am now shifting my attention to DACs. Which are entirely different beasts.
As a newcomer who has not taken the time to read much in this long thread, but who has watched the Gabster video, I find a few things are assumed to be common knowledge.
I get that you can slap the HAT on a RPi and call it a day. From there, things can get as intense as one wishes, fancy power supplies reclockers, displays, etc.
Is there a guide somewhere detailing options around the PROTODAC itself?
For instance, I look at the previous post and that looks very nice, but I am not sure what I am looking at. I see the PROTODAC, the PSU section, a Rpi, a HAT on top, a display board, etc.
Maybe I am just lazy and you should shh me away.
