[PROBLEM] problem Moode 9.3.2 wiyh DSD

I have several tracks / albums @24/192 and never experienced any lag or gap during playback.
I also have some DSDs (in DSF file format - these are test tracks, well... tracks I do use for testing purposes only) from DSD64 up to DSD1024 - although my USB DAC is capable of natively reproduce DSD "only" up to DSD512, and they all play fine...
Maybe something changed in the audio buffer-sizes? Or in the MPD read-ahead...?
I must admit I am still on 8.3.9, that is, still on older MPD version than the latest 9 series...

Sharing an experience with the latest 9 series release would be more helpful.
