I cant reboot because its not starting anymore 
My Setup ist easy:
I downloaded the latest version 8.3.9 and installed it with the Raspberry Pi Imager
The only thing i change ist the Input Device to Headphone Jack, all other things are in default, i didnt change a single setting.
I will install it tomorrow and make the Logfile with moodeutl -l after i will pull the PowerSupply cord.
This has not only happened once, have this issue since years with different sd cards and Powersupply, i also had this with other RPI3b+
