Latest WIP update

Peppy integration mostly done.
- ALSA level FIFO pipes used (no need for player-specific FIFO's or Loopback)
- ALSA pipeline automatically configured
- MPD, Renderers, DSP including CamillaDSP supported

       

TODO:
- Deb packages for PeppyALSA, PeppyMeter and PeppySpectrum
- DSD native option ?
- Config Screens for peppy config.txt, meters/spectrum.txt ?

Not working: PeppySpectrum
- FIFO pipe has data
- Display is initialized
- Spectrum not showing
- Maybe a config issue ? Volunteer debuggers needed :-)
