Great!

Huh. I don't know why this seems to be necessary for some and not for others. Without it, I get janky performance on my Pi3B+/Touch1, notably when I switch from Library Album view to one of the Configure screens, when partial overlays prevent me from making many choices.

After more thorough testing I can confirm that  "Disable GPU" is needed for Touch1 / Pi3B+. Overall perf doesn't seem to suffer though.

Hi,
I previously posted the following:
https://moodeaudio.org/forum/showthread....7#pid58917

I was able to use 9.1.3 without any problems, but with 9.1.4 and 9.1.5 the tag view started freezing.

My system is as follows:
Pi model = Pi-4B 1.4 8GB
Audio device = HiFiBerry Digi+ Pro
Local Display = Intehill T10PA touchscreen connected via HDMI
Boot Device = USB SSD 128GB
Library Device = USB SSD 4TB
about 1,300 albums

Chromium version of version 9.1.3  1:129.0.6668.100-1~deb12u1+rpt1
Chromium version of version 9.1.5 1:130.0.6723.116-1~deb12u1+rpt1

Since 9.1.3 is fine, I downgraded 9.1.5 chromium to the same version as 9.1.3. (130. -> 129.)
I downloaded the chromium dep packages of the same version as 9.1.3 from the following site.

http://archive.raspberrypi.org/debian/po...m-browser/
chromium_129.0.6668.100-1~deb12u1+rpt1_arm64.deb
chromium-browser_129.0.6668.100-1~deb12u1+rpt1_all.deb
chromium-common_129.0.6668.100-1~deb12u1+rpt1_arm64.deb
chromium-sandbox_129.0.6668.100-1~deb12u1+rpt1_arm64.deb

http://archive.raspberrypi.org/debian/po...mium-mods/
rpi-chromium-mods_20240904_arm64.deb

I installed the downloaded dep packages using the following steps:

Code:
sudo dpkg -i chromium_129.0.6668.100-1~deb12u1+rpt1_arm64.deb
sudo dpkg -i chromium-browser_129.0.6668.100-1~deb12u1+rpt1_all.deb
sudo dpkg -i chromium-common_129.0.6668.100-1~deb12u1+rpt1_arm64.deb
sudo dpkg -i chromium-sandbox_129.0.6668.100-1~deb12u1+rpt1_arm64.deb
sudo dpkg -i rpi-chromium-mods_20240904_arm64.deb

I am using 9.1.5 with chromium downgraded to 129 using the steps above without any issues.
(I'm not sure if this is the right way to downgrade.)

I hope this information is helpful.
