Upgrade to 9.3.0 2025-03-21 - gui-config.yml giving trouble
#1
Hello MoOdies...

I upgraded to 9.3.0 via the in place upgrade and had a number of issues (that I have resolved).

One last issue remains....the Camilla DSP Shortcut menu is missing the Bass/Treble controls. This has happened in previous upgrades as well, but I had used the instructions found in this thread to fix:

https://moodeaudio.org/forum/showthread....6#pid57886

But this time, it did not restore the Bass/Treble controls.

I'm not sure I understand where the Bass and Treble controls come from.

When I switch to compact view all I see is a volume control. I'm using the V2-Loudness config.

I dropped all the way back to a fresh image of the card with 9.3 after also seeing that I was missing tunes in the regenerate process (tried several times to regenerate but it never gets all the tunes back).

Observations:
Still cannot get a freshly created gui-config.yml file in /opt/camillagui/config/
To show the Bass/Treble sliders (very rarely does it shows the Volume slider seen in Tim's screenshot).

A fresh image delivers a "gui-config.yml.disabled" file in the /opt/camillagui/config/ directory.

The Expert Switch in DSP config always bounces  back to OFF once turned on. The DSP gui does show the advanced features but that switch always shows that it is off.

I moOde primarily via Focal headphones and a dedicated headphone amp.  I would really love to get the DSP shortcut menu working again with Bass/Treble sliders.

Appreciate

Raspberry Pi 4 w/8 Gigs of RAM and a Hifiberry Dac+ that has balanced XLR outs
Firefox and Chrome are present

I do see the Volume slider you showed when I use the "Compact View" of the DSP Shortcut menu.

On my Pi v3 with 8.3.9 2024-02-23 - that DSP shortcut menu shows the volume bass/treble and the files to switch DSP configs, the compact view, showed just the volume and bass/treble.

In my setup, I don't need/want the volume slider, I sure could use those bass/treble sliders instead.
